Switzerland has chosen its contender for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025: Zoë Më will represent the country in Basel, the city where she was born. The young artist, who has already made a name for herself as an “SRF 3 Best Talent,” brings an exciting blend of languages, emotions, and innovative sound to the Eurovision stage.

An Artist Who Plays with Language and Emotion

Zoë Më is known for her unique approach to music. She effortlessly blends French and German within the same song, experimenting with vocal phrasing and intertwining various styles into a poetic soundscape. Her music ranges from lighthearted pop melodies to deeply emotional ballads, captivating her audience with each note. Beyond her music career, Zoë is also a trained teacher, highlighting her commitment to education and personal development.

Her 2024 EP, “Dorienne Gris,” showcased her ability to convey both subtle nuances and grand emotions through music. One of the standout tracks, “Liste des interdits,” a bittersweet apology to her best friend, quickly became a fan favorite.

A Homecoming for Zoë Më

A special highlight of this journey is that the contest will take place in her hometown, Basel. Performing on home soil adds an emotional layer to her experience and could even provide a unique advantage. “It’s an incredible feeling to represent my home on such a grand stage,” she shared in an early statement.

With her musical talent, linguistic finesse, and commanding stage presence, Zoë Më could be one of the standout acts of Eurovision 2025.
