Rumors and rumors and rumors :) 

Romania`s situation is a special one. Rumors from TVR said that `The public brodcaster has no money for the next Eurovision` (source). 

TVR said that:

`The participation for Eurovision 2024 has not been discussed yet`

In a recent post on Spectacola.ro TVR said that the discussion are opened between them and EBU (European Brodcasting Union). And in that case, there are two scenarios:

1. TVR wants to participate, but they don`t have the money for this and they told to EBU and EBU take the decision to extend the period for Romania.
2. TVR confirmed its participation, but if they will not found the money for the Eurovision 2024, they will withdrawn from the contest.
