Nikol Çabeli has won ‘Junior Fest’ in Albania and will be representing the country at Madrid 2024.

Junior Fest 2024 took place in Albania on Friday evening, 27 September. A total of 18 songs competed on the night, with Vallëzoj being declared the winner, performed by Nikol Çabeli. 

Nikol will now get to represent Albania at the 22nd Junior Eurovision Song Contest, singing Vallëzoj  at the Caja Mágica in Madrid on Saturday 16 November. 

This will be Albania’s 10th appearance at Junior Eurovision. 

The country debuted in 2012 and achieved its best result in 2015, when Michela Rapo finished in 5th place with Dambaje.

Albania competed with the song Bota Ime, performed by Viola Gjyzeli.

Bota Ime finished in 8th place in Nice, giving Albania its second Top 10 result at Junior Eurovision.
