Welcome back to our reviews of the Eurovision 2024 songs! Today we will continuw with the following 6 countries: Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg & Malta. Enjoy!

ISRAEL: Eden Golan – “Hurricane”

Raul: At first I didn’t like the song, but over time I realized that it’s a really good song, idk why it gives me Estonia 2022 vibes. Can’t wait to see their staging.

(Rating: 7.5/10)

Reza: –

(Rating: -/10)

Robert: No comment.

(Rating: 1/10)

Ionut: It’s a beautiful ballad. I’m waiting to see how the show will look like. For me, it’s a step back after Noa, but it was quite difficult for Israel to come up with an even better package than last year.

(Rating: 7.5/10)

Average: 5.33/10

ITALY: Angelina Mango – “La Noia”

Raul: Angelina my love, this song is something special, it reminds me of many intro songs from telenovelas (especially Natalia Oreiro’s song – Cambio Dolor). I want to see Italy win the contest, I’m extremely extremely curious how the dancers joined this song. Go Italyyyy!!!

(Rating: 10/10)

Reza: SanRemo this year was extremely strong and Angelina winning shows how excellent, catchy and vibrant this song is. Furthermore, Angelina Mango is an amazing performer and artist. Her charisma is unbeatable and if she is going to deliver in Malmo, she has all the chances to win the whole thing.

(Rating: 10/10)

Robert: I am so in love with this song. Very boppy with very good vocals. Artsy and likeable.

(Rating: 9/10)

Ionut: At first, I didn’t really like it that much, but little by little it started to be among my favorite songs of this year.

(Rating: 9/10)

Average: 9.50/10

LATVIA: Dons – “Hollow”

Raul: This song is giving me mixed feelings. I like it but at the same time I’m like maybeeee it will be nq.

(Rating: 6/10)

Reza: I wish I could rate it higher, because I like the song but this year is so strong and diverse that this one just doesn’t stand out that much among all the songs. Dons is maybe one of our best vocalist this year, and if he qualifies, the jury will support this entry in the final. I wish he will change his outfit and come with a more exciting staging in Malmo.

(Rating: 6.5/10)

Robert: I really don’t like it.

(Rating: 4/10)

Ionut: I would really like Latvia to reach the final this year, the song can always be on the soundtrack of a movie and the Dons sing very well.

(Rating: 9/10)

Average: 6.38/10

LITHUANIA: Silvester Belt – “Luktelk”

Raul: Luktelk, Luktelk, this is one of my fav, I hope that he will be in top 10 because this song is so catchy, is a song for good vibes (that’s what it gives to me) and we need to have this kind of songs. Silvester’s voice sounds amazing, the staging from nf is also amazing, hope that he will not change it.

(Rating: 10/10)

Reza: I don’t like it as the fandom does, but I still quite enjoy it. It’s very modern and polished and Silvester knows how to deliver this song in the best possible way.

(Rating: 6.5/10)

Robert: Very mysterious and nice. The show gives me shivers, especially the last chorus.

(Rating: 9/10)

Ionut: I don’t know why but I don’t like Lithuania’s song so much this year, there’s something that doesn’t make me love this song.

(Rating: 7/10)

Average: 8.13/10

LUXEMBOURG: Tali – “Fighter”

Raul: Welcome back Luxembourg, you came with a powerful song. Tali OMG your song is wow, I love it, it’s that kind of song which helps you to go through something like a bad moment, bad things, you know what I mean. Tali, top 15 for you (I hope for a top 10, but we will see)

(Rating: 9/10)

Reza: The song is extremely catchy. I really like the mix between english and french, it’s very smooth. I think it’s a good returning act for Luxembourg after 30 years. I am exciting to see how Tali has improved since January because even though her national final performance was good, she seemed a bit tense on the stage and as well, she was struggling with some notes, so I hope that she will fix that for Malmo. All in all, it’s a solid entry and effort from Luxembourg.

(Rating: 8.5/10)

Robert: Very generic and outdated.

(Rating: 6/10)

Ionut: I think I can call Tali’s song a guilty pleasure, I really love this song and I hope it comes with a very good show. I am sure that Tali will be in the final and with a good show she can even hope for a top 15.

(Rating: 9.5/10)

Average: 8.25/10

MALTA: Sarah Bonnici – “Loop”

Raul: OMFG Sarah Bonnici ate this song and she will ate the performance in Malmรถ. This is such a bop, such a perfect song. This will explode all around the world after the Eurovision, I can’t wait to see the full performance. Malta, hope you will be in the final and hope for a top 15.

(Rating: 9/10)

Reza: She is amazing and elevates this song a lot. “Loop” as a studio cut is a basic and uniteresting pop song that we’ve heard million times before, and it’s not even a great one. However, Sarah Bonnici knows how to deliver and make it enjoyable for the viewer to watch and listen to it. Furthermore, the song kind of grew on me because let’s be honest, it’s pretty catchy so I am excited for her performance in Malmo.

(Rating: 7/10)

Robert: QUEEN ALERT! Very boppy. She is slaying. Very nice moves and strong vocals.

(Rating: 8/10)

Ionut: Although I don’t see Malta winning the final, I really like the song, Sarah knows how to dance and will definitely give us a show to match

(Rating: 7/10)

Average: 7.75/10
