Welcome back to our reviews of the Eurovision 2024 songs! Today we will continuw with the following 6 countries: France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland & Ireland. Enjoy!

FRANCE: Slimane – “Mon Amour”

Raul: The first song of ESC 2024. OMG this is so good!!! I love everything, France is doing such an amazing job since 2016. France deserves to win for vocals, confidence, intimacy, for everything.

(Rating: 9/10)

Reza: I would never expect to have the same winner since November, but Slimane did it. It’s a simple yet powerful song but the main factor why this is my winner it’s the breathtaking live performance. I hope people will connect with this one, as much as they did with Voila.

(Rating: 10/10)

Robert: The first song of the edition was extremely perfect. I like it so much and it’s an entry that makes you cry because of its message. It can finish in the top 15 or 10 for sure.

(Rating: 10/10)

Ionut: Slimane will be flawless live and the show he will put will definitely be at its best. However, the song itself doesn’t seem very special to me, but Slimane alone with his voice and charisma elevates this song tremendously.

(Rating: 8/10)

Average: 9.25/10

GEORGIA: Nutsa Buzaladze – “Firefighter”

Raul: Georgia 2nd year in a row with chances for the final? Unexpected. Nutsaโ€™s firefighter is amazing, as she is, I love the energy, the vibe that she transmit to us, her sexiness. Top 15

(Rating: 10/10)

Reza: She is a fierce performer with a huge potential that can win Eurovision anytime with the right song. However, Firefighter is not the song that will do it but it’s a solid song and effort from Georgia, especially after so many unsuccesful years. But as I’ve said the main character of this entry is not the song itself but Nutsa.

(Rating: 8/10)

Robert: Our queen has delievered a powerful perfomance. She will do well in Malmo. Amazing voice and instrumental. The whole package is really really good

(Rating:10/10)

Ionut: It’s their best song since I cannot even remember, but I just had higher expectations from Nutsa. It’s a nice song but it doesn’t hit you like other bangers do. There are some catchy parts of this song that I really like and the live performance elevates everything about this entry.

(Rating: 9/10)

Average: 9.38/10

GERMANY: ISAAK – “Always On The Run”

Raul: It’s a good song for Germany. I hope this will not be the last in the Grand Final, as we have other canditates for that. I like to put this on repeat in my car cause it gives me good vibes.

(Rating: 7/10)

Reza: It’s actually a very nice song. I enjoy listening to it a lot but I don’t know how well this one is going to work in the Eurovision context. Juries might enjoy this song a lot in May if Isaak will pull a great staging and performance. There is potential here, let’s see how Germany is going to elevate it.

(Rating: 8/10)

Robert: I find this song really entertaining. Good vocals and great vibe. I can see Germany finishing in the Top 15.

(Rating: 8.5/10)

Ionut: A song that it’s neither good nor bad, just mediocre. However, I hope that they will not finish last because they don’t deserve it.

(Rating: 6/10)

Average: 7.38/10

GREECE: Marina Satti – “Zari”

Raul: Greeeece!? Where have you bee? Finally something amazing from you! My 4th plce this year and I would love to see Marina winning the contest.

(Rating: 10/10)

Reza: MOTHER! I don’t know what she put in this song but I absolutely love everything about this entry. I am so glad she added traditional greek elements in this song and she kept it urban and modern as well. Moreover, I think that this official video is excellent, fun and engaging showing the urban culture and side of Greece. So excited for this live performance! <3

(Rating: 10/10)

Robert: Massive bop! I don’t understand the Bollywood vibe from the beginningbut in general everything is really good. Top 5 material for me.

(Rating: 10/10)

Ionut: The song is a total vibe from start to finish. I like it very much!

(Rating: 9.5/10)

Average: 9.88/10

ICELAND: Hera Bjรถrk – “Scared of Heights”

Raul: Even though it’s a mid song, it’s so so catchy! It’s on my mind since the releasing but we need to remember that we are in a song contest, so…

(Rating: 6/10)

Reza: I like the intro of the song but that’s all, everything else is extremely dated and uninteresting. I don’t understand how she won the selection when her song was literally the weakest from all of the finalists. There is no way Iceland is qualifying this year but Hera seems like an adorable lady, hope she will enjoy this Eurovision experience.

(Rating: 3/10)

Robert: Not my cup of tea. It’s just very unforgettable compared with what she delivered in 2010.

(Rating: 5/10)

Ionut: Unfortunately, Hera remained in 2010.

(Rating: 3/10)

Average: 4.25/10

IRELAND: Bambie Thug – “Doomsday Blue”

Raul: OMG! Ireland what is this? My first thought were like: wtf is this? Buuut after preparties I started to like this. It will be very interesting to see if it’s going to qualify or not.

(Rating: 6.5/10)

Reza: I didn’t get it at first, but now I absolutely appreciate it and honestly, I really enjoy this entry. They know how to perform and deliver this song properly. I want to see Ireland in the final and I hope for a good staging performance that can elevate this entry even more. This entry is going to be either a big hit or a big miss, no in between, you either love it or you hate it.

(Rating: 8/10)

Robert: A very annoying song. I hope it will not qualify for the final.

(Rating: 2/10)

Ionut: Just no…

(Rating: 1/10)

Average: 4.38/10
