Raul: What were you thinking, OLLY??? From Angelina Mango to… Lucio Corsi. I have to say, I’m really not a fan of Lucio or this kind of music — it’s just boring af to me. But for those who appreciate it (like Italians, art lovers, etc.), I’m sure it’s considered pure art. That said, let’s talk about the lyrics — because girl, I have to admit, they’re actually really good. I’m expecting a performance similar to Portugal 2021, maybe even something more intimate like Portugal 2017. Or hey, maybe I’m totally off and they’ll surprise all of us Eurovision fans… or maybe not.
Grade: 6/10

Reza: Olly would have been my winner this year, but I’m not mad about Lucio representing Italy either. The song has a beautiful melody and feels delicate, sincere, and deeply personal to Lucio—we can see that. Plus, its retro vibe adds something unique to this year’s lineup.
Grade: 8/10

Laurentiu: Italy’s entry this year just doesn’t land. It’s listenable, even charming in a slow morning coffee kind of way, but for Eurovision, it feels far too dated. The sound is stuck in the past, lacking the energy or originality the contest thrives on. There’s nothing wrong with it, but it also doesn’t inspire anything. No real spark, no standout moment. Unfortunately, this might be Italy’s weakest result in years and frankly, it wouldn’t be surprising.
Grade: 5/10

Stefania: This song didn’t hit me at first, but now it feels like I’ve been emotionally kidnapped by a wheat field somewhere in Tuscany. Not the worst, just not the usual “Italian powerhouse makes you question your existence” level. Solid 6/10.
Grade: 6/10

Florin: I always forget about this song. I can’t even remember how it sounds, it’s just so bland and I can’t find anything special about it. Maybe some people like it, but i’m for sure not one of them. Kind of a disappointment from Italy this year.
Grade: 3/10

Antonio: I like to think of Lucio Corsi as the ‘enigmatic artist’ of the season. His song is truly beautiful, with a message that deeply reflects his emotions and state of mind. Still, unless Italy pulls off a surprise move like they did in 2012, I don’t see them scoring very high in the Final this time.
Grade: 7/10
