The EuroAlfa Panel — a group of six Eurovision-loving bloggers — is here to review and rate this year’s Junior Eurovision songs. We’re not professionals, but our passion for Eurovision and music drives us to share our honest opinions. We’ll be rating each song on a scale from 1⭐ to 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, with 1 representing a tune that didn’t quite hit the mark, and 5 reserved for those that truly shine! Next up, we take a closer look and see if Cyprus’ 🇨🇾 “Crystal Waters” by Maria Pissarides impressed our panel!

Antonio: SHOW OFF GIRLIE! A summer bop for the girlies who like to spend time on the greek coastline! (4.5⭐)

Florin: What a comeback! I absolutely love this. She brings the energy we’ve all been craving from Cyprus, and those Greek lyrics, O B S E S S E D! I really think she’s a strong contender for the win this year. (5⭐)

Laur: Yas! This one has energy. Love it! (4⭐)

Reza: I’m usually all about these summery Greek-vibe songs, but this one isn’t quite hitting the mark for me. It’s cute, and Maria seems like the perfect fit to perform it, but my concern is that it feels a bit flat and lacks power, either vocally or musically, that it needs. Nevertheless, I’m happy to see Cyprus back! (2.5⭐)

Raul: This is a BOP! I love it, I can’t wait to see this on the JESC stage, very summerish, just perfect for kids (4⭐)

Stefania: Definitely one to blast while living your best life by the sea! (3.5⭐)
