Welcome to the last round of Junior Eurovision 2025 Reviews! Today, we will analyze and look into the competing songs from Cyprus, Malta and Ukraine! 5 of our bloggers rated each song from (1-10) and 2 of them also left a comment of their impressions!

  1. CYPRUS ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡พ โ€“ Rafaella and Christos โ€“ โ€žAwayโ€

Titi: Cyprus, you were the country I had the highest expectations for ๐Ÿ™ After last yearโ€™s absolute banger (WHICH WAS REALLY UNDERRATED), I was really looking forward to them coming back even stronger this year. Unfortunately, the song feels very generic and doesnโ€™t transmit much. I do really appreciate the blend of Greek and English โ€” it sounds beautiful together โ€” but sadly, it doesnโ€™t help that much. 5/10

Reza: Uffโ€ฆ this was hard to watch and listen to. The production is very weak, and the melody feels like something weโ€™ve heard a thousand times in every Disney movie ever made. Their voices donโ€™t blend that well together either. I just donโ€™t have many positive things to say, but they are very sweet and clearly have a bright future. Sadly, this song just doesnโ€™t do them any justice. 3/10

Mircea: 5/10

Raul: 4/10

Stefania: 4/10

Average: 4.20

2. MALTA ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡น – Eliza Borg – “I Believe”

Mircea: I can’t believe Malta is opening the contest with this masterpiece! The song is so magical, I really feel like I’m in a fairytale and the music video carries me away. I hope the staging will reflect the magic the song has. One of my favorite entries of this year for sure! 10/10

Reza: I think if someone asked ChatGPT to create the most Disney-style song with powerful vocals and clichรฉ lyrics, this is exactly what would come out. Itโ€™s not a bad song, but itโ€™s so heavy and hard to truly enjoy. It feels predictable and overdone, to the point where it just isnโ€™t impressive anymore. 6/10

Raul: 9/10

Stefania: 7/10

Titi: 6/10

Average: 7.60

3. UKRAINE ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ โ€“ Sofia Nersesian โ€“ โ€žMotankaโ€

Raul: Ukraine, hello โ€” this is how you fight for the trophy! Itโ€™s the second year in a row that Ukraine has one of my favourite entries. Motanka finally brings something different to this edition, especially among so many ballads. This could end up anywhere from top 3 to bottom 5, but for me itโ€™s definitely top 3. Her confidence and the maturity in her voice are so captivating โ€” you just canโ€™t help but hum along to this song. 10/10

Stefania: Sofia is vocally strong and confident, and the song fits her perfectly. With just a little improvement in the overall performance like stronger camera work, and more impactful staging, this could easily secure Ukraine the win without any problem. So yeah, itโ€™s cool. Itโ€™s ัƒะฝะธะบะฐะปัŒะฝะพ. 10/10

Mircea: 10/10

Reza: 8/10
