ERT’s final decision is expected to be a strategic move aimed at securing Greece’s first victory in decades. That’s why, ERT is considering a major move for Eurovision 2025 by selecting Eleni Foureira, the artist who nearly won in 2018 with her hit Fuego for Cyprus. After years of unsuccessful attempts to represent Greece, Foureira might return under a new ERT leadership, which believes she could secure Greece’s first win in decades. Her team is already confident that her performance would surpass her previous one, aiming for victory in Basel, Switzerland.
