ERR, the Estonian broadcaster, announced that song submissions for Eesti Laul will open on Monday, 16th of September. One of the most artists that confirmed its intention to compete is no one else than Tommy Cash, an avant-garde Estonian rapper, singer, and artist known for his eclectic style and boundary-pushing music. Emerging from the underground scene in the mid-2010s, his music blends hip-hop with electronic, industrial, and experimental sounds.
