Czechia has officially unveiled its entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025: “Kiss Kiss Goodbye,” performed by ADONXS. The song was released on March 7, 2025, accompanied by a visually compelling music video that delves into personal themes from the artist’s life.

ADONXS, the stage name of Slovak singer-songwriter Adam Pavlovčin, gained prominence after winning the Czech-Slovak version of ‘SuperStar’ in 2021. Since then, he has released several singles and his debut album, ‘Age of ADONXS,’ in 2022. His musical influences range from iconic acts like Queen and Depeche Mode to contemporary artists such as Troye Sivan and AURORA.

“Kiss Kiss Goodbye” explores the complexities of romantic relationships and recurring behavioral patterns, reflecting ADONXS’ personal experiences, including the impact of an absent father during his childhood. The music video, directed by Jiří Horenský in collaboration with Slovak production company Reset Production and Czech studio See Ya Creative, serves as a metaphor for human imperfection and emotional struggles.

In the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Czechia is set to perform in the second half of the second semi-final on Thursday, May 15.
