One of Neversea Kapital’s novelties is the opening of volunteer opportunities for those passionate about festival culture. Over 1,000 volunteer positions have been made available, and registrations have been opened until June 1, 2025 through a dedicated online form. Young people aged 16 and over have the opportunity to get involved in various departments, such as Access & Check-in, Accreditations, Backstage or Emergency.

After the selection stage that follows registration, volunteers will participate in personalized training sessions, adapted to the needs of each department. The organizers promise a complex training program, designed to provide the skills necessary to manage large events and interact with a diverse audience. Some volunteers will even work in close proximity to the artists, ensuring the smooth running of recitals and backstage activities.

Community involvement through volunteering not only eases logistical tasks, but also creates valuable experiences for young people, developing skills in event organization, communication, and rapid problem-solving. This approach reflects the organizers’ commitment to connecting the festival with the city and providing an educational context for future generations of entertainment industry professionals.
