Jerry Heil drops new Eurovision-inspired dance hit Додай гучності (12 points) (Volume up (12 points))

Ukraine’s Eurovision 2024 representative Jerry Heil has released her brand new dance track Додай гучності (12 points) (Volume up (12 points)) along with a stunning music video. Even before its official release, the song went viral on TikTok, sparking thousands of fan-made clips.

This new single is more than just a pop banger — it’s a tribute to inner strength and resilience. Switching between Ukrainian and English, the lyrics carry strong Eurovision references, including the iconic “12 points” every country dreams of getting.

“This song is my mantra of strength. The line ‘stood up and walked on and on’ is what keeps me going every time life gets hard. I allow myself a minute to feel low, but then I stand up, add volume to my dreams, and move forward. Because even when the sky cries — you can be your own rainbow,” shares GRAMMY Recording Academy member Jerry Heil.

Fans first heard the English part of the song when Jerry Heil was announced as Ukraine’s Eurovision 2025 spokesperson. The short teaser immediately caught fire online, with Eurovision fans demanding a full release.

The track includes playful nods to the contest — from “12 points” to the legendary EuroClub, making it a perfect anthem for Eurovision lovers.

“This song is also my tribute to Eurovision. I tried many times to get to the contest, cried after losing, promised myself I wouldn’t try again… and still kept going. Finally, Eurovision happened — together with alyona alyona we worked hard, and finishing 3rd was an amazing moment. But as a perfectionist, I realized: it’s not about the points. No score can make you feel enough if you don’t value yourself first,” Jerry Heil adds.

Alongside the song, Jerry Heil released a stunning dance video in the form of a grotesque mini-musical, directed by Valeria Fadieieva. It was filmed at the Lesya Ukrainka Theatre in Kyiv and featured the famous Freedom Ballet.

“I wanted to show Jerry not only as a singer, but as a character and performer. That’s why we chose the format of a musical — with stunts, live instruments, and a powerful grotesque choreography we created together with Freedom Ballet. The theatre supported our crazy idea, and now this story lives on stage and on screen,” says Fadieieva.

The video also contains a deeply personal reference: in one scene, Jerry Heil falls into the orchestra pit — a direct nod to her real accident in 2022, when she fell three meters during a concert in Ternopil and suffered broken ribs and a concussion.

In the video, Jerry Heil appears in a custom outfit by iconic Ukrainian brand FROLOV, known for dressing Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Smith, and Doja Cat. The look was created especially for the promo of Jerry’s first-ever solo arena show “DZHERELO”, which will take place on April 4, 2026 at Kyiv’s Palace of Sports. Even before the premiere,Додай гучності (12 points) (Volume up (12 points)) had already exploded on TikTok. A teaser clip from Jerry Heil’s official page sparked over 7,000 fan videos, with comments calling it a “women’s anthem” and “the perfect affirmation in a song”.
