🇷🇸 Serbia kicks off Eurovision season: RTS reveals full details for Pesma za Evroviziju 2026

Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) has released the official details for Pesma za Evroviziju 2026, including the key dates of the competition and the voting mechanism that will determine Serbia’s Eurovision representative.

All competing songs will be officially released on 2 February 2026 at 13:00 CET, and will be made available through RTS platforms as well as music streaming services. The live competition will then unfold across two semi-finals, scheduled for 24 February and 26 February 2026, followed by the grand final on 28 February 2026. RTS has further confirmed that 14 acts will compete in the final.

Regarding the selection procedure, RTS confirmed that the winner will be decided through a 50/50 voting split, combining professional evaluation and audience participation. The final result will therefore be determined by:

50% professional jury

50% public televote

This model is designed to ensure a balanced outcome by integrating expert assessment with public preferences, while maintaining transparency and legitimacy in the final ranking.
