Malta’s final competitors for the grand prize of representing Malta at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest has been finally revealed!

This year’s contest holds great surprises for all us, as the contest will be held in Madrid, Spain, marking the first time that the contest is held in the country as well as the first Eurovision event in Madrid, and Spain in general, since theΒ Eurovision Song Contest 1969.

Let’s go, Spain!!!

A professional panel of expert jurors have listened to all the songs and ranked 14 of the best, ages ranging from 9 and 14 years old.

The finalists, in alphabetical order are:

  • A Little Bit Longer – Thomas Casha
  • Above It All – Shaznay Mangion
  • Bonafide – Daylin Cassar Randich
  • Ghawdex – Maria Curmi
  • Gold – Andrea Camilleri
  • Grrlz – Rihana Mifsud / Mia Mifsud / Natalia Xerri / Alaiya Cini
  • Guiding Light – Eleny Incorvaja Scerri
  • I’ll Be Allright – Chanel Abela Camilleri
  • Kif Jien – Keira Farrugia
  • Lalala – Kayleen Mercieca
  • Stilla Ckejkna – Ramires Sciberras
  • Summertime – Emma Farrugia
  • Trying To Be Me (Heq Le) – Anneka Xerri
  • Zip It Up – Ilona Mercieca


These are all the 14 acts who will compete for the grand spot this winter! The champion will be chosen on the 21st of September, where a jury pannel and the televote will determinate the winner of Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024.

Last year, Malta was represented by Yulan, with the empowering anthem “Stronger”.
