Swiss singer-songwriter Veronica Fusaro has officially unveiled her Eurovision entry. With the release of “Alice”, the artist is set to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna. The track combines emotional storytelling with a powerful musical build, offering a striking and thought-provoking entry for this year’s competition.

“Alice” blends alternative pop with rock influences, unfolding across three intense minutes. The song tells the story of a woman whose personal boundaries are gradually crossed. Rather than living in a fantastical Wonderland, Alice exists in a reality where affection can mask manipulation, control and abuse of power.

The track explores different forms of violence, not only physical but also psychological, highlighting how subtle behaviors can slowly turn into toxic dynamics.

Musically, the tension of the story is reflected in the arrangement. The song begins with a waltz-like 6/8 rhythm that creates an initial sense of lightness before powerful rock riffs gradually intensify the atmosphere. “Alice” was written by Veronica Fusaro together with Charlie McClean, who also produced the track.

For this release, deepdive records partnered with Nettwerk, licensing “Alice” along with Veronica Fusaro’s existing catalogue. Thanks to Nettwerk’s strong international network and long history of supporting distinctive artists, the collaboration aims to bring Fusaro’s music to an even broader global audience.
