Austria has confirmed its participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, which will be held in Basel, Switzerland. The country will select its representative through an internal process led by Peter Schreiber and Eberhard Forcher. Artists will be scouted through invitations, a songwriting camp, and an open call for submissions. The final decision will be made by ORF’s Program Director, Stefanie Gross-Horrowitz.

The deadline for applications will close on the 15th of September.
